Incline DB press 30kg x 8 35kg x 5 35kg x 4 Cable fly's x a billion sets of 1 sqwillion reps. (Ish) Shrug machine x 4 sets. Heavy bag work x a few mins till quite f**ked. | |||

Deadlifts 60kg x few sets 110kg x few sets 160kg x 2 doh 160kg x 2 doh Belt/straps 210kg x 2 210kg x 2 Lower Back feels more f**ked today, gay. Squats 70kg x 10 110kg x 5 110kg x 5 s**te. Chin ups/dips SS's 10 /10 7/7 6/6 6/6 Gotta be honest, getting f**ked three nights a week since about january has teally started to take its toll! Had too many days from the gym this time aswell resulting in my back going stiff as f**k....hopefully now the 6 nations is over i can slightly reduce the amount of time i spend drunk/lying down/running naked up the road and start making some kind of gainz again. | |||

Cable fly/face pulls ladders Both no 11 on stack. Starting at 10 ending after 5. Nearly puked. Tricep/elbow still a bit crap hence light work but its improved a bit. | |||
