Today's gym fun - Bench press 60kg x 12 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 100kg x 3 110kg x 1 110kg x 2 90kg x 5 paused. Strict press 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 dips bw x 10 +12kg x 10 +16kg x 6 Shrugs x 3 sets plank x 1 min sit ups x 30 press ups x 50 bw is about 84-85kg at the mo, carrying some 'holiday weight' lol! hope to bring the weight back down to about 82kg and keep it there. shouldnt be too hard if i can keep myself away from the pub a bit more... x | |||

Friday - Did some squats, deadlifts, bench press and strict press. Saturday - Some db bench, fly's, trciep dips and pull ups. Might train later, proper training/diet will resume this week. Time to stop f**king about i think. | |||

Straight to the gym after night shift, just fitting a sesh in before a week off on my jollys tomorrow. Bit of skipping+foam rolling Pull ups Bw X 7 +5kg x 5 +5kg x 5 +5kg x 5 Bo rows 65kg x 12 65kg x 12 65kg x 12 Wide pull downs 70kg x 10 75kg x 8 V pull downs 75kg x 7 80kg x 5 Bench press 60kg x 10 80kg x 6 90kg x 5 90kg x 5 90kg x 5 Incline db press 30kg x 8 30kg x 6 30kg x 7 Flat fly's 18kg x 8 20kg x 8 22kg x 8 Few Shrugs Curls x massive. Sit ups x 15/15/15/15 Press ups 20/20/20. Week off for holidays now, time to put all the weight back on and lose all kindza gainz loolz...well even tho ill be pissed everyday im hoping the rest will do me good..... Plan is to come back, train gay for another few weeks to get bodyweight down to about 80-82kg then start a steady build up over the summer. But tbf i never stick to plans that well if i get bored. | |||
