cheers pal, tbh i think ill be stronger than ever at a lower weight. Watching my diet alot more closely now trying to make sure i get loads of protein and not eating loads of crap all the time and gettin wrecked 3 times a week. lol

Cheeers leeeerrrddd! diet has played a big part recently

old daily diet -

approx 80g of protein per day
3800 - 5000 calories + s**t loads of alcohol.

Current diet -
140 - 220g of protein per day
2000 - 2600 calories + the odd few Wink

Feel much better for it altho i could still improve it, i love being steaming and eating chocolate too much Happy

Weighing about 83 - 85kg depending on time of day and what i had for tea etc, would like to be a comfortable 82kg so im within easy reach of a 80kg weigh in.
