hey was there today watching everyone, had a great day!
Never watched a strongman comp before and was very impressed with everyone.

I found the overhead very entertaining and it was interesting seeing all the different techniques that were being used.

Stones were great, even my girlfriend was getting into it!

Well done everyone!

yea, i usually try to give deadlifts their own day but as i might not get much chance to train this weekend i thought i would put them in after overhead.
haven't done much over 150kg for a while on em either so pretty glad 170kg went up with little fuss.

might not get this 100% right as i forgot my pen an pad and it was nearly half an hour ago that i came from the gym.Tongue

Squats -

bar - 12 reps staying at bottom for a few seconds to stretch.
60kg x 10
70kg x 8
80kg x 6
90kg x 6
(add knee sleeves and belt)
100kg x 4
100kg x 6
100kg x 6
105kg x 3 PB

did a couple of sets of leg extensions and leg curls.
3 sets of calf raises, best set: 6 x 425lbs PB

sit ups
Bw x 12
Bw+10kg x 8
leg raises 2 x 10

EZ bar bicep curls

bicep curl numbers are shooting up since adding proper squats and more ab work to
my routine.
