General_ill said:why has your squat No. Lowered (This isnt a dig or piss take just wondered)

no thats a very good point!
when i first joined the site, i was doing bodybuiding type training and used to do shallow squats and never really thought about depth.

then when i decided to train properly i put my squat to 0 and started again.
i now squat below parallel every rep and most of my recent work has involved different stances etc, trying to get solid deep squats every time.

hey! yea comp should be good fun and experience if nothing else!

vids dont load on this s**tty laptop, so all i can say is that when i go for max attempts i like to do few more reps warming up than what you have down on here. more so on squats because i find i'm more 'bendy' after a few sets with 5-10 reps.
but this could just be me though!

Looks good to me, only thing i can see not being ideal is if you always do bench b4 overhead on day 2 your overhead could suffer? but if your doing log an stuff on events day this prob dont matter so much.
