Bench press 60kg x 12 80kg x 10 100kg x 6 105kg x 4 107.5kg x 5 cgbp 80kg x 8 paused. strict press 40kg 4 x 10 front raise 20kg 4 x 8 one arm strict db 25kg 2 x 6 each. pull downs no.10. 2 x 15 incline sit ups 4 x 10 not bad, will see how my back is when i do some squats and deads.... edit - Evening Short set of steps @local park x 6 sprints + walk back down. during dog walk. ace. | |||
