hi people was thinking ov entering the u105 north west strong man comp in april but trainings gone to pot ov late, so thought i would start a journal to get me back on track. any tips on were im goin wrong in my training would be of great help as i have no clue whot i am doin thanks

trained at iornman about 1 year an a half ago made some great progress would defo recomend
