Mark has the Thor ones bro, and he had to take them off between each lift, the normal single ply ones seem to do the trick, moose swears by his, mine have served me well aswell,

How do,
On Monday whilst doing some strict pressing I felt a twinge in my right shoulder, so we moved onto some dbell work, as the session went on i found that whenever I did a hammer curl a sharp bolt of pins and needles went through my forearm and into my thumb??

I still get a slight tingle in my hand, and I've found that if a do a hammer curl or bicep curl motion at the point I tense up, the same pins and needles shoot though.

Also my front delt is really sore still, (only to the touch) and whilst out and about today I found when I put pressure on my front delt I get the same pins and needles tingle in my thumb????

Sounds Wierd to explain, has anyone else had this before?? Or any tips on what It can be?? Gonna nip to doctors next week but the triage nurse at our walk in centre reckoned it was just a damaged tendon?

Cheers guys

You could also lift in equipped comps wearing just wraps if you wanted to get some extra comps in, suits are not mandatory

Nice one, cheers matey, will look into this. What kind of totals are required at a bodyweight 120kg? need to know what to aim for, I haven't benched in ages, my best straight lifts are deadlift 270, bench 145, squat 220 raw 260 wraps

Hi guys.

I am playing with the idea of trying my hand in powerlifting next year, and I'm lost with all the different Feds ect,

Any tips on where to start looking? I don't use suits (at the minuite) but I do squat with knee wraps.

Any advice on where to start and where to go will be greatly appreciated Happy
