1x10@145, 5x3@165 all raw then a single @ 185 - all easy Happy

Bench

4x6@ 107.5 First 3 sets max width, 4th set pinkies on rings (my old width) and the 4th set didn't feel nice at all...

Some delt work and a couple of token sets of deads then BIG chinese meal followed Happy

Was on a course today and ended up doing a 20 min cardio session to show that someone else on the course could achieve a training effect on me.
Did it on the bike, and apart from the machine registering me as dead for about 4 minutes out of the 20, I gotta say I was happy and a little impressed at my workrate and ability to hold a conversation throughout (aside from the last minute or so)
Hoping we get to the strength training aspect of it sooner rather than later though...

CONCLUSION
Got the PB on squats, wasn't too pretty. Think I'll go for 2 singles next week instead of a weight increase. Everything else was fine enough.
Voldomonkey fed me gratuitous amounts of cheesecake (non-anabolic) and meat after the session. Fukken good s**t!

Good workload tonight bud, and I liked the timing you were using between sets on squats Happy And I think your comment about the cheesecake should be cheesecake and also wannabe non-set cheesecake. Next time, I will be less cavalier with the old lemon juice.

Pretty good proper first session back...

SQUATS

10@142.5, 5x3@162.5, 1@182.5 all unbelted and the downward phase was slower than I would normally employ.

BENCH

6@100, 6@105, 4x6@110 Seems that 110 is my base point for this rep range now.

HEADSTAND AB FOLD - 1x6

DRAGON FLAG - 1x4 - bench at poa not so good for this so gonna keep them for a Thursday I think.

SEATED DUMBELL PRESS - 2x8@22.5 - the only dumbells they have there unless I jump to 40k which I'm not ready for yet.
