just got back from deadlift session got a new pb but didnt feel like 1 lol

1x235 new pb!

dont feel overworked so thats good think i will be pulling well over 240 now with rest considering i deadlifted monday and sqauted 160x3x6 and on thurs 190x3x3

not had much time to update so heres and update for the week

monday
sqauts worked upto 3x160 for 6 sets
deadlift off floor hanging green bands from top slack at lockout

140x3

300x1 failed felt burnt out


wednesday bench
8x60
5x80

speed bench 3x3x60

thursday 2nd sqaut nite
worked upto
3x190 for 3 sets
and then deadlift speed pulls off floor

plenty of real ale and guinness pre drink subway ft long mid session chinese buffet and then to finsh the nite in style donner on nan plenty of garlic mayo

i have spoken to andy about this when he came to my gym and since then all my training is based around it my deadlift especialy i havnt pulled a a 1rm off floor in a a while but since i have done my speed work i do singles in power rack using green bands from about 4 pins down from 6ft rack this mean bands are slack at lockout my first time trying this i pulled 240 i went back did speed for 2 weeks did bands again got 260 done another 2 weeks speed work and pulled 280

i am not saying these are new deadlift pbs but on the setup i am using i have made improvments

for my speed work i do 10 sets of 3 re setting each rep and i work upto 160-180


its all about creating fast twitch muscle fibres

well all i can say is the program is working on monday i sqaut 5x5x170 which was a new pb and today iv sqaut 4x4x180 which is also a new pb for reps and sets got a little video of my last set last rep was a grinder

next week will be
day1 6x2x160
day2 3x3x190
day3 6x2x160

so hopefully anew pb next week

tba now iv added it all up with the oats i add and everything and got a better figure its more like 2800-3000 which when looking at it seems more realistic sorry for messing people about

my diet is pretty solid anyway the drinks are just a tempory supplement to my diet to work in with my program that is coming to a peak will only be doing this for three weeks then im back on isolate

im walking round at about 102 at the min with lowish body fat

i work from 6 in morning till 4.30 doing pretty physical work then i go train for around 2 hours most nite then im between 2 houses at minute so i get over to 1 0r other between 9-10 so im pretty much non stop all time i eat alot to maintain anyway as in food and whey isolate and now my traing has picked up iv up'd my calories

i have 2 wieght gain shakes a day some day three and there around 1800 calories in each i drink them while a work because i do a pretty hands on job so cant be eating all time

i have recently upd' my calories with a pretty big jump im getting in around 4000 aday in shaks alone and all food ontop to maintain my bw and add abit of muscle

only problem is my memory is all over the place i feel tired all the time and i wake up like every 2hours in the nite plus im getting alot more cramps

but i am getting stronger everyweek

does all this stuff happen to everyone or is it just me

dunno if im looking at rite thing im on unequipped qaulifying totals on that site and the totals seem realy low e.g for my age and bw its 520kg will the totals be alot higher to quilify for internationl compsi thaught it would be like 600+
