Beltless Cambered Bar Box Squat with chains.

Bar is 22.5kg

40kg of chains plus bar weight below

The cambered bar felt very nice to use and I will use it more often. Heaviest set was 212kg at the top.

Your back angle is very flat which I don't think is the most economical position to be in.

Also as others have said your lockout is very soft - at these sorts of weighs you should be pounding the bar. Maybe bringing your heels in and keeping the toes pointed out more will help mobilise your glutes - this worked for me.

But what do I know!
