Jesus, if they even sell one of them they deserve a f*cking medal. Absolutely absurd. That would take a minute, probably less, to knock up in a shed. And free as well.

I was going to make a post on Pullum yesterday. I was looking on their site and found some plastic plates that are 100 quid for a SINGLE 2.5kg plate. For that price you could get a few 20kg iron plates. Is it just me or do most people think they take the p*ss?

Hi mate, i started using SS for a few months and made some alright gains but then stopped it and started following a loose 5/3/1 routine.

Have you tried GOMAD (gallon of milk a day)? That would be ideal for gaining weight in a short period.

Todays training log.

Close grip bench, paused:

All pretty solid, the 90s were a grind though.

Tricep bar overhead:

Im assuming the bar is 10kg but will weigh it next time i use it.

Strict press:

Push press:

Speed strict:

Pretty happy with all that.

Deficit deadlifts:

3inch box, double overhand

3inch box, mixed grip

Felt like a bit of volume:

3inch box, double over

100x20 harder than i thought but all good reps.

Squats tomorrow!
