Wasn't expecting much today as got a case of the sniffles. Not ill or anything but a bit tired and run down.


Think your ergo pb is about the same as mine at about the same weight. So were you in the blue boat for oxford? Pretty impressive really if you were. I was with edinburgh and we got beat at the edinburgh/glasgow boat race every sodding year.

quite true. Only reason to go to ralls is the people (not the bodybuilders though, they piss me off - why do you need 2 curl bench things??)

Last nights training (Tuesday 10th August 2010):

Had a busy day driving up to the lakes and back (passed morecambe and gave shane/kenny a mental wave) so was pretty tired.

Arrived at gym to catch robbo leaving - couldnt get a word in to congratulate him, he was too busy moaning about the lack of plates in the gym (he even threw a set of keys at the owner-robson rage!!)

Got my new knee sleeves and they rock
