Think ive finally found a foot position where my arse cant come off the bench. Dont feel like i get very much leg drive but think ive been training too much firing my butt off the bench so will need to take things back a bit.

Squatted with my new rehband knee sleeves tonightHappy Bought them cause the gym gets freezing over the winter and need some warmth in my knees when squatting. Did the job nicely. My upper backs been neglected lately and it showed with the weakness in the pullups. This is one of the two main priorities for me to sort out other than grip. Knackered!

Called it a day there. Decent session. Going to be starting a planned routine starting on monday so hopefully having a structured idea of what im doing will help training. Also going to start eating more again as the past 3 months or so ive been training on a calorie deficit. Ill keep my diet clean and keep the weight gain slow to avoid as much fat buildup as last year haha.

Juniors

Weighed in at 92.9kgs.

Squats
Warmed up to 150kgs
1st attempt - 175kgs - no lift not deep enough Eek
2nd attempt - 190kgs(asked for 187.5kgs but misloaded) - good lift - sunk it
3rd attempt - 200kgs - no lift - depth again but there was more there

Bench
Warmed up to 100kgs
1st attempt - 110kgs - good lift
2nd attempt - 117.5kgs - good lift
3rd attempt - 122.5kgs - no lift - got it up but arse was miles off the bench lololol

Deadlift
Warmed up to 220kgs
1st attempt - 240kgs - good lift
2nd attempt - 260kgs - good lift - grip was going though Unhappy
3rd attempt - 265kgs - no lift - grip is awful

Total = 567.5kgs

Not an awful day but was a little disapointed with my performance. First time weighing in near 90kgs since my first comp and think my bench took a fairly large blow cos of it. Not an awful day though and think i set a junior deadlift record for the 93s and maybe a total Confused Steel got videos of my lifts so will hopefully get them on here some time later on this week.
