Quick chest session yesterday with dumbells (haven't db pressed in ages) Flat DB Press wup - 25lbs x10; 45lbs x 5; 60lbs x 5 Working 80lbs x 5 (x 4 sets) Chest machine with adduction 3 sets with 30secs rest, 12 reps. Unilateral cable flyes 3 sets with no rest, left, then right etc, 10 reps. Today Too heavy (creeping up near 16st), diet is s**t so got to be more active, so: 52mins jog around local farm land. Back (just to do smth extra) and foam rolling (TFL and quads need it) tonight. | |||
