Dint really feel up for it today after yesterdays session, but just wanted to try abit with my m8s comp spec log, so quite happy with it and i think theres more in there on a good day if i can keep my balance.
200 x 5 (heaviest iv been for a while because of knee pains, but no pain 2day and 200 for 5 was comftable so can hopefully start bumpin the weights up abit now.

Cheers John, wasnt really feeling it yesterday, but gonna have another good go at 140 log, one motion next week, coz i think it is there, then after that maybe try bringin my legs back into it abit, never really used alot of legs anyway so mite not make much difference now.
i know how u feel, i always seem to have sum little injury or sumin niggling away and knocking me back. Frustrating, just part of it all tho i suppose.
