WELL SUIT WENT OK I SUPPOSE FOR 1ST GO
GOT THE PERFECT FIT SUPER TIGHT SIZE 46 SO WAS LUCKY

WENT FOR 280 FOR SOME STUPID REASON 1ST LIFT FAILED BUT IT FELT EASY TILL LOCKOUT 1ST TIME SO I'LL FORGIVE MY SELF. I TRIED IT TWICE. 2ND TIME WAS MUCH BETTER. I COULDN'T ACTUALY BELIEVE IT WAS MOVING IN 1ST GO SO OBVIOUSLY MY MIND WASNT THERE.

THEN 272.5 EASY ENOUGH WAS IS A P.B BY 7.5KG SO NOT BAD. ALSO Y 3RD LIFT WHICH IS RARE FOR ME TO LIFT HEAVY 3RD LIFT AS MY BACK TIRES QUICK.

ON BRIGHT SIDE ORDERED A TITAN VELOCITY DL SUIT TODAY 145 SO LETS HOPE FOR SOME BIG LIFTS TOMORROW.

No major lifts to report I am just gonna update any powelifting lifts as I've been doing more bodybuilding.

Haven't updated for 4 weeks purely because I took a 2 weeks off to let an injury heal and luckily they have gone.. Elbow pain /tendons in right elbow and shoulder pain gone just tingle in shoulder.

Week one back was tough and had lost some strength but had solid 5 day week
Week 2 Brilliant strength coming back with 320kg rack deadlift p.b although standard deadlift gone down to 240

Week 3 will be updated Monday
I have kinda switched over to bodybuilding lol but I still powerlift in Deadlift/ rack deadlift
Squat I have dropped the weights and ass to the floor now. Currently getting 12 reps with 130kg just shows u how bad my depth was.

INJURED RIGHT SHOULDER FEELS LIKE ROTAR RIGHT PINKY AND ELBOW SORE TOO NOT 2 GOOD JOINTS R OLD N f**kED.

THIS IS BECAUSE I DIDNT LET MY BICEPS HEAL FROM MONDAY TRIED TO DO SHOULDERS WED MADE IT WORSE LYING IN BED FOR AN HOUR WITH PAIN IN BICEP. HEALED NOW (SUNDAY) BUT JOINTS R f**kED MAN
