Squat day Squat: 10x bar 5x 60kg 1x 100kg 5x 122.5kg 5x 142.5kg 6x 167.5kg 10x 120kg 10x 120kg 10x 120kg 10x 100kg 10x 100kg Strice OH press: 3x 60kg 3x 60kg 3x 60kg 3x 60kg 3x 60kg Done. Think the 167.5 squat set was a PR (was supposed to be using 157.5 but put on 10's instead of 5's.....) Squats felt solid though, so I'm chuffed. | |||

Cheers Pete, I've a lot to do strength & technique wise to get up to scratch though. Deadlift today Deadlift: 10x bar 5x 60kg 1x 100kg 5x 147.5kg 5x 167.5kg 6x 190kg Speed 6" deficit deadlifts: 3x 170kg 3x 170kg 3x 170kg 3x 170kg 3x 170kg Croc Rows: 10x 40kg 10x 40kg 10x 40kg 8x 40kg Should have pushed for 1 more rep on the 190 dead but didn't. | |||
