I got rubber bands, that the postman left, and used them over my wrist wraps when the Velcro failed. Still working Grin

Even more of a grinder than my bench Grin
Failed it about 1 minute before the vid, then just thought f**k it, and tried again....

I rekon I peaked on squats and deads about 4 weeks ago, and probably should have rested then, rather then plough on. Still, it went up, unhitched, albeit slowly!

Thanks all.

I'm not used to lift offs as I train alone, so didn't want to try it for a max effort. Never seem to get set properly when I've had them before either.

Squat and dead will be tested soon, see where I'm at with them. Quads are a bit shot at the moment though....
