Todays Training Deadlift 6x55kg 6x85kg 4x105kg 4x115kg 2x125kg 1x135kg 1x145kg 1x155kg 1x170kg Close Grip Bench 10x25kg 10x35kg 2 sets 8x45kg 2 sets 6x55kg 2 sets 25kg for as many reps as i could 31reps (was very hot) One Arm Dumbell 17.5kg 10 reps both arms 3 sets each arm finished on some curls and very light push press | |||

Dispite me wantin to train for strongman my local gyms are small and crappy so only trainin i do besides normal gym sessions is lifting my homemade keg and sandbag (which i learned how to do on here ) LAST NITE'S SESSION Deadlift's 6x55kg 6x85kg 4x95kg 2x110kg 2x130kg 1x145kg 1x155kg 1x175kg 1x185kg PB Back squats 6x45kg 4x55kg 4x65kg 2x85kg 1x100kg 1x110kg PB Keg press 6x55kg keg 3 sets hope to hear from u all any advice is most welcome |
