thanks guys the main problem i have with the deads isnt the actual weight as such its the grip issue i have at the top of the lift when the bar decides it wants to leave my hands i want a solid unequipped deadlift for when the comps start when i go above 180-190 the grip is a real issue strapped up i have pulled a 215kg which is not far off 3 times bodyweight which i am pretty happy with. At the minute im tryin to not use the straps to strengthen grip | |||

todays training 20 mins on cvross trainer warm up lat extensions 45kgx20 45kgx20 45kgx20 leg extensions 55kgx10 55kgx10 55kgx10 Deadlifts 152kgx2 125kgx3 125kgx3 125kgx3 125kgx3 125kgx3 125kgx3 125kgx3 125kgx3 170kgx3 Incline bench 55kgx6 55kgx6 55kgx6 45kgx6 45kgx6 45kgx6 One Arm Dumbell snatch 20kgx1 25kgx1 27.5kgx1 30kgx1 32.5kgx1 35kgx1 Was a good session over all happy with the deadlifts wanted to go higher on the dumbell snatch but they only go to 35kg so abit bummed on that. Cross traiher was a new thing gunna do it every session suprised me how much fitness i lacked compared to what i used to have | |||

tonites training CG benceh 55kgx6 55kgx6 55kgx6 65kgx4 65kgx4 65kgx4 deadlifts 60kgx6 110kgx4 140kgx3 140kgx3 170kgx1 (felt really good) 180kgx3 PB 140kgx3 Deadlift felt good today no thigh trouble the 170 flew up so decided to move up to 180 which also went up ok so i decided to rep the biggest weight to date really happy the 200kg is comin soon i can feel it | |||

i have the same problem but its quite fun makin events in the gym wi just dumbells etc max one arm bumbell overhead is a good one and max deads will help for ur strongman aswell gratz on the 170 squat good pb tht | |||
