deficit deadlift 135 x 3 x 2 160 x 2 x 4 power clean 40 x 6 50 x 6 60 x 6 70 x 6 80 x 6 block pull 160 x 4 190 x 4 x 2 215 x 3 x 2 245 x 2 x 2 230 x 2 180 x 3 good morning seated 40 x 5 x 5 good session focusing on getting really tight before i pull really notice a difference, started the block pulls at my weakest point and the 245 wasn't hard but maintaining position was tough probably less weight till i lock in the form | |||

squat to a box or the bench dom and it will protect your hip |
