140 kg x 1 felt wayy hevier than usual core still feels shaky and crap
140 kg + blue bands x 1
150 kg + blue bands x 1 getting in the groove at this point
160 kg + blue band tension x 1

175 kg + blue band tension x 1 raw maybe a pb
190 kg + blue tension x 1 + wraps and belt
140 kg x 3 with red band tension, felt very slugglish and lacking speed
140 kg x 3 with red band, felt a little faster

140 kg x 3 W/ RED BAND fastest yet
140 kg x 3 w/ red band

ok prity good today, at the start i felt really slow and sluggish, in fact judging on how heavy 140 kg felt on the warmup (a weight i have reped 20 times) i felt it was going to be a poor session. However it turned out decent. The blue bands provide roughly 10 kg at the bottom, and a combined weight of 40 kg ish towards the top, so bar weight on the 190 kg was around 230 at the top.

over the last 4 weeks ive only worked legs twice, so today was not bad at all, my pb squat is 220 kg raw, to be honest id be lucky to be hitting 215 at the moment however my back feels alot better now, and i will squat 230 kg raw withen 5 weeks.

next week more speed work with bigger bands.

ok not bad at all, i recorded the 172.5 kg close grip however the phone ran out of memory half way through the rep!!!! i was so pissed off, so i went for it again and failed.. nevermind i think 175 kg is in there so i will video that next week..

got a good pump today hipefully will get that 80 kg on flat skulls next week. arms were pumped to nearly 18'' today hehehe

first set on bench was wank, dont know what happened i was expecting at least 4 reps with 160 kg, i think its somthing to do with my leg drive being a little off, infact i dont think i was using any..

light deadlifts, focusing on technique

230 kg x 1 this was the best was back felt ok, no tightness as all but didnt didnt want to go heavy as i wanted to ease back into them.

deadlifts felt nice. certainly think i will be fine to go heavier next week, maybe do 250 kg for 5 singles. i dont intend on doing high reps ever again on deadlifts.

rest day tomorrow so will get some complexes done.

standing strict militery press

80 kg x 10 or 11?! i the last rep was the biggest grinder ever i got it to withen 5 inches of locket and it took literally 10 seconds to lock it out, and i felt damn dizzy after lol..
90 kg x 3 disapointing i think the 80 kg x 10 nailed me.

ok not too bad 80 kg x 10 on strict standing militery was fairly decent, i wasent wearing my sleeves either so not bad at all. I should of hit 90 kg x 5 though really.
by the time i got to the dumbells they felt heavy, i had to slip further down the seat to invlove my upper chest a bit to hit the 10 rep target. Next week im going back to the heavy training my back still isnt 100 percent after the standing work it felt a little tight..
I aim to do deadlifts tomorrow, but if i feel a little tight in the morning i will skip, as really if i strain my back anymore i wont be able to squat on saterday and imo its more important for me to get my squat up.

Hi Buzz, 2 seconds ago i ordered a belt and some nose tork from you.. however after i had ordered i got a little worried about the size, i wear 34'' waist jeans, and 36'' waist work trousers, i would say im a ''loose 36 inche waist'' anyway i went for the xl size which is 34-42. Do you think maybe i should of chose the large 30-38?
