Today Bench Press 60kgx6 90kgx3 110kgx1 paused, passed by one of the BPC judges 122.5kg x3 wooo Incline DB Press 40kg 8,7 Dips 121kg 6,4 CG Bench 90kg, 6,6 loverly really pleased with 122.5kg for 3, felt quite comfortable, well on the way to 3 plates a side i reckon last bench session i got 112.5 for 3,4,3 wooooo | |||

Did squats last night 60kgx8 80kgx8 100kgx8,8,8 form was good on these, the 2nd set felt easier than the first in 100, and the third felt even easier leg ext 60kg 10,10,10 off to do bench in a miniute | |||

lol, you, like me have a good deadlift, so all the muscle is there, it's just a technique thing for me i'm sure if i spent some time with a powerlifter i would have it sorted | |||
