| Yes definitely all retarded... Tell you anything to make you say yes.... I once dropped off a signed contract to Taylor's in Milton Keynes after hours.... I heard nothing back after a few days... So I rang to check... " I dropped off a contract for a lease with some new tenants, has everything gone ahead? I haven't heard anything" Taylor's reply... " well, no news is probably good news" I dubiously trusted this rather stupid reply... Three weeks later they rang to ask me if I was still interested in renting out my property... Apparently it hadn't gone through... Not that the person ringing me had any clue about it... | |||
