felt good today first time iv gone for a max, need to stengthen ma hamstrings more!!!

feeling tired today but pushed hard on squats.. increase weight nextt week bu dropping one set..

gunna put he weight up on squats to 130 for 5-5 next week...
gunna eat all day and get ready for the big bench session 2ms..

i train at olympic gym ashton, i think im going to try my 1rm 1st week, 2nd 5-5, 3rd 3-3 then repeat what about that

IV JUST SWITCHED FROM BODYBUILDING TO POWERLIFTING,
THE WORKOUTS ARE ALOT DIFFERENT, BUT BETTER!!
I GOING TO USE A 3 DAY SPLIT, MON-DEADLIFT, BENCH-WED, SQUAT-FRI,
WHAT OTHER EXERCISES SHOULD I DO TO HELP MY LIFTS,
AND WHAT TYPE OF REPS SHOULD I DO EACH WEEK??
MUCH APPRICIATED FOR THE HELP!!!

INCLINE PRESS.. 80-9, 80-9, 80-8,
FLOOR PRESS.. 100-3, 100-3,
DUMBELL EXTENSIONS.. 35LBS-6, 35-6, 35-6,
SIDE RAISES..18-8, 20-8,20-8,
LEG RAISES.. 3 SETS TILL FAILURE,

JUST INTO MY SECOND WEEK OF POWERLIFTING, IM ENJOYING IT.. MORE FOOD, MORE REST, ITS GREATHappy THINK IM GUNNA GET THAT STRENGTH UP AND START ENTERING MYSELF INTO SUM OF THESE COMPETITIONS, IM THINKING DECEMBER FOR THE FIRST TRY OUT...
