Alright marc. Ive dislocated my knee and done some ligament damage, chances are I'm out or will be just on the mend by June, either way I'll pay by April but may not be able to compete, I'll let you know the score though mate.

Dislocated my knee last week complete with subsequent ligament damage and meniscus tear. I've paid so if I'm able to compete then I will, if not then you'll be one down. I'll let you know either way. Chris Bundell

I'm happy with being not allowed my last three dumbbell reps although I thought it was 50 50 on some, but watching that back im glad its not just me that thought the Irish lads were just as bad or worse with two hands for example. But im sure bish could have done one more than me no matter how many I did anyway. The right guy won.

i fear being fast off floor and slow at lockout doesnt really favour suit wearing.
your max is 305, but you can probably get more off the floor but get stuck above knee?

Yeah I have got 325 to my knees but can't get it any further, I'm currently learning to hitch properly, because most people cringe when I hitch at the moment.

Thanks, is there actually a different type of suit for round back deadlift or ones suited for different weaknesses, or is a deadlift suit just a deadlift suit? Sorry equipped stuff is completely foreign to me

I was under 90 last year and qualified for both ESM opens, and ESMu90, I think over 105's is just another way of sayin opens isn't it?

Naa I'm conventional, not many strongman comps allow sumo, I'm not much good at it anyway, more help off the floor would be good anyway as it would give me a bit more momentum to carry into lock out I'm guessing.

I'm going to finally get a deadlift suit, having never used one, I wanted to ask the power lifters and experienced suit users their advice. As I am a round back deadlifter, is there a certain suit I should be using? Im pretty quick off the floor but struggle to lock out, max is 305, I weigh 95 and I'm pretty lanky if any of that helps?
