Training today:

Log press (1st rep cleaned, belt):

60kg x 3
70kg x 3
80kg x 2
90kg x 2
100kg x 4 PB

2" Axle clean and press (power cleaned):

60kg x 3
70kg x 2

Wrists were still f**ked from saturday so I left it there.

Bench press:

100kg x 3
110kg x 2
120kg x 1
120kg x 3

Feels good to be back log pressing. Tried some power cleans with the axle but it didnt feel comfortable and my wrists were knackered from saturday so I ditched it and did some...BENCH!!!!! *spits* I havent done any bench with an oly bar for well over a year. Im used to getting a little pop from my core with my overhead pressing so it felt strange pressing completely strict again. Will perhaps include it once in while for a change.

lol thanks (I think!). My legs arent too bad just my back and that PB was long overdue. Theres more there for sure. Youre best is 160 isnt it? how was the depth on that one? Wink

145kg x 1 PB

Log rows:

90kg x 6
100kg x 3
110kg 4 x 6


Thought id grab an easy PB to get over the post comp blues. 150kg is there fresh and maybe a bit more.

My dad was videoing some of the other competitors and got quite a bit of pete. I dont know if you got your own video done but if you want me to post it up let me know mate.

It starts again when we compete together again! vengence will be mine. I dont think I could have gone any slower on the yoke even with glue on my trainers. Unhappy
