Had a big chat with a friend before doing this and lost a bit of focus. Went for an AMRAP on 160 instead, was thinking 6-7 reps...

BW x 4 - doms from Wednesday's deadlifts caused me to stop. My lats were too painful. This sounds very unmanly but I think one more rep could have caused an injury. Didn't think I could ruin my lats that much on deads!
