Gay as it sounds I'd like to put on a few pounds and be in good shape by summer, whilst getting my squat and deadlift up. I just got bored with 531 (plus I changed jobs, moved about a bit etc.) and decided to start squatting three times a week, but do three different variations. I also felt that it would be cool do get my own bodyweight overhead at some point, hence my doing 2 OH days. | |||

Something of a mixed bag, due to equipment available. Cleans - 8 x 3 x 65kg (1 minute between sets) KB Cleans to full squats 5 x 14kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg - Really felt these in my quads - like 'em. Squats - 20 x 50kg |
