I always remember the first bodybuilding magazine my brother got had the headline 'Nice guy Nasser gets down and dirty with 800lb shrugs'. :-) Funny what sticks in your mind?!?

Seemed to have a reputation as a really easygoing guy, who was willing to help fans and competitors alike. RIP.

Awoke at 5pm yesterday - and started this at 8am today. Went okay, bar my grip feeling very weak.
