I have this same equipment paradox at a gym I go to.
The other day someone set up a bar, to do t-bar rows on, underneath the bar I was deadlifting on.
He then stared at me, as LMFAO blasted out of his headphones. I would have moved - had he asked me to.
After I did my set, he proceeded to take down his construction work; still glaring at me. And then walked off.

Neck work - 100 reps dorsi-flexion, 50 reps each side on lateral flexion.

It really does pay to see a physio; I saw one (through health insurance at work, granted) - and expected it to be your typical "See me once a week for the next 10 weeks" bo***cks, until my insurance ran out.

Instead, he gave me stretches, exercises and something to buy - an infrapatellar strap - and advised me to see him once more in 2 weeks; just to make sure things were "on track", so to speak.

They will be able to assist you 100 times more successfully than even a physio, doctor, or kinesiologist will on this site.

Ibuprofen gel is a godsend - it probably causes cancer, makes dolphins infertile and leads to male-patterned baldness; but it really gets to work on one ache; whilst avoiding the rigors of life inflicted on the rest of your body.

My doctor told me to take it, to avoid any issues from the pills.

DB Bench - up to a 5RM; then 5 x 10 S/S 5 x 10 DB Row

Started rehab on my leg(s) - I am unbelievably weak right now; and have staggeringly bad proprioception (one exercise involves me standing on one leg with my eyes closed).

Onwards and upwards. Happy
