Depriving myself of the main lift while improving it via other means which are super specific means that when I come back to the normal version I have a surge of beginner gains once again. Theory tried and tested, resulting in large pbd despite long stagnation


Do you recommend reverse band squats for supramaximal loading?

Good to hear it buddy.

I'm back on 531; just to keep the weights down a bit - but the volume up.

Plus, if it's a bad/good day physically, I can always amend the reps accordingly.
