The one I use is 110lbs.

The 220lb sandbags I had to move at the competition WILLSAN ran were a nightmare!!!

Some light recovery work - squats, leg extensions, abs, back extensions, good mornings.

One of the girls at work hammered by legs with some brutal massage. They feel amazing. Happy
