Deadlift - 10 x 145kg SSB squats - 5 x bar, 20, 40, 60, 80kg added. SLDLs - 3 x 5 x 85kg Reverse Hypers - 5 x 8 GHRs - 3 x 6 Trained at a different gym today - RP FITNESS in Cambridge. Well worth a look if you are ever down that way. I might well join. | |||

Work, work, work, play. My new lady friend is great though, Billy. I am, it appears in wedding season for the next 3 months. But, it is a chance to see friends from times gone past. Today: 5" deficit deadlifts - up to 182.5kg Coan SLDLs - so the bar is intentionally kept away from you at the bottom (a bit like a good morning in the hands) - 4 x 5 x 82.5kg Hamstring curls - 3 x 8 Step-ups with 25kg sandbag - 5, 10, 15 per leg Abs 110 reps | |||

Some juiced up prick at the gym - and his rent boy entourage - decided to pass judgment on my wearing knee sleeves and a belt when squatting. How dare I. I really felt like racking the bar and punching the t**t when he was in the upright position of his deadlift. (Especially as he would have been stuck to the bar, as he was using straps. Oh the irony) Instead I focused my displeasure on my squats. Squats - 5 x 60, 70, 80, 90, 100. Then 2 x 110, 1 x 120, 1 x 130, 1 x 140kg. PR!!!!! My training partner also got a squat PR of 180kg; 15kg more than he had ever done before. Pull-ups up to BW + 28kg Dips: 5 x BW, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg. Then 3 x 40kg. Added slingshot and did 5 x 50kg, then 10 x 25kg. Abs. | |||

Bench - 10 x 85kg Lat Pulldowns Cable Rows Facepulls Triceps Abs Neck Moved my grip out some. Was able to do more reps. Result. | |||
