Squat - 12 x 2 x 62.5kg Squat (+40kg chain)

Leg Extensions - 3 x 10

Knee Tracking Leg Extenisons - 3 x 20

Abs, Abs, Abs

21/11/11 - ME Bench

Bench - worked up to 3RM (Little fingers on rings): 85kg (Felt really heavy?!)

Bench (Little fingers on rings) - 80% of the above AMRAP: 12 x 70kg (Felt quite light?!)

DB Bench - 32.5kg x10, 27.5kg x12, 22.5kg x 12, 17.5kg x 12

DB Rollovers - 3 x 10 x 15kg

UH Triceps Pressdown - 2 x 20

Squat - 18/11/11

Squat - Worked up to 2 x 100kg (+40kg of chain fully off floor at top)

Deadlift (no belt) - worked up to 140kg (+40kg of chain)

Abs - Lots of cable abs of differing types.

Did the Aussie guy upset The Kaz?

We may never know the truth. I always thought Kaz could be a prize wally, a la his pushing that guy with the barrel in one of the WSM events when he was behind and thereby almost killing OD Wilson.

Squat - 10 x 3 x 60kg (Plus 40kg of chain - not touching floor at lockout)

Some hack squats - deeply unpleasant

Some front squats - much more pleasant

Bench - 10 x 3 x 50kg (Plus chains)

DB Bench - 15 x 27.5kg, 20 x 22.5kg

Incline DB Flyes - 2 x 20 x 7.5kg

Triceps Pressdown - 2 x 20

V-Rope Triceps Pressdown - 2 x 20

Single Arm U/H grip Triceps Pressdown - 2 x 10
