I suck plums at squatting, but I was happy that the old deadlift didn't fall off the face of the earth over the last month, having not trained it properly due to injury. Just shows what squatting can do to keep the rest of your numbers up.

I have taken to squatting to the world's lowest box (about 4" below parallel as touch and go, not as a box squat per se), hence the tiny numbers.

That and the fact I am skinny weakling who sucks at squatting.

As the weight is really low (as is the box I have been squatting down to) I havenít really hit the stage where I am struggling. Thus far. But I actually really enjoy squatting more.

With my trap and neck giving me grief at the moment I havenít had more than 180kg in my hands for ages. But depending on how I feel, I my deadlift tonight. Or it may be cambered bar good mornings for me if the neck is bad.
