40kg DB Bench: 10, 10, 8 Iso Incline Press: 30kg a side for 25 cluster reps Iso Row with 55kg a side. Pinched my lower back on the last rep. Ouch. Back Extensions and abs to make sure my back didn't seize up. | |||
