| Since there isn't an injuries forum thought I would put this here. I have had birsitus (tendonitis) in both biceps for about 4 years now. I have had cortizone shots in the past, last being 2 yrs ago. They have flared up again and I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar dramas and how they went about fixing them, if you can. I have done the rest, ice and stuff. Just wondering if there is anything else that is all. | |||

| From all the videos I have seen of him, that is the hardest he has ever made a squat look. Awesome lifter and a form to really follow. | |||
