Did not train on Friday as the wife and i went away for the weekend and only a quick session today due to an early evening work conference call.

I've been back training for 6 weeks now and the weights are starting to come back, just not as fast as i'd like:-
Squat up from 125 to 140.
Bench up from 100 to 112.5
Deadlift up from 160 to 180.
By Xmas i'd like to be at 170/125/210.

A very quick session at the Farm tonight, one problem with working for a company with a global presence is that conference calls could be scheduled at any time, tonight's was at 6:30PM which meant just an hour under the bar.
