Remember chaps, we are M3's and as such will have a few more niggles than when we were M1's. Plus they will take a little longer to get better.

My competitive days might be past me now but little in life cheers me up like gym banter with old friends.

Monday 6th January.

Back at the Farm tonight, I've not really been training properly for some time however I've now got 4 full weeks in the UK so i'll be trying to get back on it.
No plans to compete this year though but I will be refereeing whenever possible.
Weighed in at 118.75kg, still much to fat!

Overcoming the osteo-arthritus by benching close grip, happy to say it is relatively pain free but at the expense of some kilos on the bar.

I head up Europe for a large multi-national, consequently i'm speaking with business people from across the continent every day.

Certainly the feeling that I get suggests that the Dutch and the Danes would be keen to follow us out and even the Italians are watching closely.

To generalize, western Europe's population is toying with the idea of leaving (except Ireland) and Eastern Europe's population are very pro Eu.
