Awesome physical condition and power. Do you do most of your training at home and how do you fair in the winter months, do you still train outside ? Do you bother covering the power rack up in bad weather or is it ok in the rain ? You are lucky that you stay so lean and must be blessed with some good genetics.

Youtube lifting is great and I realy enjoy watching the vids. It is a great source of motivation for people like me who train alone and you can learn a lot from watching people lift which helps training.

190kg x 5 training wraps and belt just to see what it fealt like and unsure if depth was good

Push Press behind neck

120kg x 2 too heavy not locked out

strict press behind neck

90kg x 0 just couldnt do them - neck realy sore from 120kg attempt and just no strength

80kg x 7 called it a day then

Tried to video 120kg atempts thinking I would get a PB but belly looked that big in my vest I will keep the video hidden lol.

Bench Press

130kg x 5 2.5" board
140kg x 4 2.5" board - no spotter so cant realy push myself as I recon there was another rep here but dont want to get stuck on my own.

Incline bench 45 degrees

110kg x 7
120kg x 2

3 sets of 10 seated lateral raises - probably useless but might help strengthen the rotator cuff.

Yes I allways do them behind the neck as it is easier for me to do them inside my rack. I could probably do more from the front but am one of those people that cant rest the bar on my shoulders so have to take all the weight on my wrists. I have only been doing push press since coming on this forum and am learning the trade. I did 115kg for three this week in my log and hope to get up to 120kg for reps as this would be an achievement for myself.

Push Press

70kg x 5
90kg x 5

115kg x 3 - bit messy not all fully locked out

thursday 10.6.10

squat

no belt or wraps

70kg x 5
110kg x 5
150kg x 5
170kg x 5
170kg x 5
180kg x 4

These were parallel I think and a bit better than last week - knee is feeling a bit better.

Friday 11.6.10

18" deadlift

110kg x 5
150kg x 5
190kg x 5
230kg x 5 straps
250kg x 3 straps
270kg x 1 straps
290kg x 1 straps/belt
300kg x 1 straps/belt

These were ok and my pulling is on the up but not with birds. I used straps which is poor but have no chalk as lift in front room.

Vid of the 300 on my phone - poor quality as dont have time to set up a propper camera as have to go to bed early these days for work. Seems only to work properly in 480p.

I recon three 20s a side and you start looking sexy in the gym. My pushpress is not sexy but then again my other lifts are looking very plain jane at the moment.

As a new member may I say that I hope the site doesnt become too politically correct as I was attracted by some of the outrageous posts on here. The site seemed fun so hope it doesnt go all boring as I wont have anything to laugh at Happy

It is meant to be the home of bulls**t which is a more palatable form of bulls**t than the stuff we have to eat everyday from the media and politicians.

This is an interesting thread and I can see the points made by all members. I can fully see why it might be necessary to ban talk about drugs on Sugden. I guess in a way it doesnt matter if a person uses PEDs or not because we all do similar exercises and training. For me the problem lies when people are obviously taking stuff and then claiming to be natural which is understandable in some circumstances but still not great. Personaly it bugs me when people are not honest about stuff in life and sometimes it is realy refreshing to hear the truth. Again I understand why some people need to keep things quiet but it is still a bit of a bulls**t situation. The simple answer is to have the rules that have been put in place and maybe just have a bit of honesty here and there with people admitting they use PEDs if they want to but no details or advice given to other members. I agree that loads of talk about different gear, cycles etc. would ruin this forum but that doesnt mean we have to accept that most big name strongmen are drug free with halos on their heads etc.
