First thing your sitting back too much you need to concentrate on bringing your knees out over your toes and sitting down with your weight on your heels. Second thing your bar position looks a bit high you should have the bar sitting across your rear delts ala - http://stronglifts.com/wp-content/uploads/squat-bar-position.j... Which should help to keep the bar over mid foot and stop you kicking forward at the bottom. The bar position should help first day if that's part of what's wrong the form changes should also help but may take a few sessions to notice with out coaching. | |||
