*f**k! think the problem is I'm not paying attention to my form and trying to mong it on max lifts which is obviously not working.

Got the first rep past my knee but then started twisting like a c**t missed it. Second attempt broke it off the floor to just under the knee cap lost my back shape too bad to fight through.

250kg x 2 (easy payed attention to form)
250kg x 3 (failed the 4th felt good too just need to pay attention to what I'm doing.)
