hmm not sure man.. if its 80kg on axle for 1.15 minutes hopefuly double figures, deads il guess 8-10 ish after the stuff before :/ il have a proper run at axle next time im down time and weight and need some people shouting at me lolGrin what u going for?

farmers terible broke my hand recently just getting round to closing my fist lol

ye not bad thanks, was down the past saturday for my first time was good experience getting to use the equipment etc next time do it all with a bit of aggression should be better:P and need to get a bit fitter for the likes of the axle and deadlift for reps lol but maybe adrenolin will get me through on the day i can have a heart attack after my times up! gona focus for next couple weeks and up training and should be down in a couple sundays for sesion 2 then take the week off and saturday the comp! best of luck with your small injuries time to get serious Grin

thanks macca sounds fair, what made you lose strength the past while what were you diong then compared to now? il most likely be down a week sunday for session 2 so if anyones gona be down would be cool to know/train with
