Thats just the initial inflamation bud, it will get alot better. i could jog/very light squats within 2 weeks.

Ideal time for the squat routine you were thinking. Most GP's / A and E docs are not interested in these type of issues. after i dislocated my knee i was told in a+e that i had no injury and should be walking around lol.

lol pause squats light are a shifty way for me to get matt moving the bar faster. he could do sets of 20 on the weight i set, as long as he reports "pause squats light and easy" then i know that they do not resemble slow grinding reps of old with similar weights. now your 160's are faster than you used to squat 100kg, and you are still working on teckers as you do the reps. Happy
