bad night tonight, doing a push press bar slipped out of my hands and went flying behind me lucky no one was there, i looked a right tit.

felt strong tonight

was going to do some squats but got talking to rich gosling, he recommended only doing squats and dead lifts once a week and not on the same night and he should know, so missed them tonight and i think im going to change my routine to suit. anyone else got an opinion on this?
