The Cow shed is what the small crappy gym on the Barry Budon army training area looks like from the outside. I'm up for some firing range work so the army paying fuel and giving me a land rover for three week.
So i hope to get down to you a couple times

Don't get me wrong, we need to look after ourselves, but running/jogging with heavy weight, plus weekly heavy squatting is never going to be ideal for knee joint health IMO


I'm in the army and knee problems are so common it's unreal. Marching/Running with weight, drill, climbing/jumping down from vehicles and no end of other activities all do damage to knees. Unfortunatly i think it's just a case of trying to reduce the damage done rather than any real chance of preventing it
