I'm just gonna stick to the 531 template, its getting me stronger, and I don't really need to know where my 1 rep max is until next years qualifier for SSM

Deads, belt on for all work sets 195kg for 5reps, 220kg for 3reps, 245kg for 3reps (Big rep pb, never done more than a single over 240)

Shrugs 150kg for 3sets of 10(Double overhand for the first 2 sets, then straps for the 3rd)

GHR out of action, but really that was a blessing, as the deads had really taken it out of me

Calf raise, 3sets of 20reps

about 7am, before breakfast,2-3 times a week, takes me 10-20 mins
and I really hope they won't affect my lifts!

not much goin on in the unit today

Log 80kg for 5reps, 100kg for 3reps. 110kg for 3reps(done floor to overhead each rep)

Wanted to see where I was with the yoke press, got a very wobbly rep on 110kg, but sorting my feet out and doin it fresh should have a bit more in the tank

Farmers walk, 120 for 15m quick, then a 130 for about 10, tough pick up, but quick when it got up

few tyre flips

Loading, 85kg, 100kg, 120kg kegs to pretty high. Rubbish, tried to load the 120 with 1 arm?

First day squatting with my new disco blue Do-wins, have been squatting in my Vibrams, so basically bare feet. Was a struggle to get the groove right today, but it will come. Again all reps calfs and hamstrings touching

125kg for 3reps, 135kg for 3reps, 145kg for 5reps

Nautilus leg press, stack, 5sets of 10reps

DB luges, 2 sets of 28reps

on the subject of dates, I've started eating these Nakd bars that are 50% dates and 50% nuts, they taste like sweets, but are just good stuff
