some great overhead stuff mate, looking forward to the video

only you know what you've got left in the tank mate you seem quite confident. one thing i would say is listen to the wise boar, top end training for to long = injury

Take it you haven't tested your 1RM on the dead for a while?

nah, i never really do 1 rep max. might have a play around soon with all my lifts, curiosity is starting to get the better of me.

from what ive seen of the northern foursome, im just trying to keep up.

gonna start recording some sessions soon. i think my next session will be squatting on friday, trying to give my shoulder a bit of rest.

do you have access to farmers walk implements? from the video it looked like you had'nt had much chance to practice on them.I'm meeting up with Matt Rouse( another competitor from the midlands comp) at his place in Luton at the end of may for a training session,if its ok with him you'd be welcome to have a go with my farmers implements.

( if I've remembered wrong and your not from Luton please ignore the above
Grin )

yh he already messaged me and asked if i wanted to train i told him to let me know when he comes to luton.

your right never used them before so that was weird, definitely need practice
