its ok as long as i get some good airtime with my legs and try to use mainly triceps. doesn't feel to bad today.

are you lining up any comps in the near future?

no not yet shane but they aren't far away from coming off macca has advised me to file them down with a kind of pummy stone, so hopefully this helps...i'd be pissed if they are my downfall!

you say not as fast but you did both without a drop... i don't think i would of managed that without straps im gonna have to do something about my hands they won't make it through the day in this state

barrel carry and drag

drag them both back 20m

think it was about 47 seconds but could only do this once, it took me about 20 mins to recover

what a great day at o.s.g. ... boar and macca both top guys and gonna be great to compete against you both in 2 weeks time. cheers mark enjoyed it very much. great gym and set of lads you've got up there, just a shame i live so far away, however i will be back to train there again!!

did some squats on wednesday but my back was still beat up from mondays back session so couldn't do what i wanted.

squats!

60 x 3
100 x 3
140 x 3
180 x 3
200 x 4
200 picked it out of the rack and my back said if you go down im not helping you back up so i left it there

did some tricep work on the cable crossover but it was pretty much a waist of time.
training at o.s.g. tomorrow so hopefully i should be good for that

hey macca just got back from cornwall not had access to the internet for a week. i'm leaving my house about half 7ish so should get there about half 10ish i think.
